How to choose a frequency
Pick a pace you can keep for months. A steady three posts a week usually beats a burst of daily posts followed by silence. On X, the open-sourced ranking code lowers the weight of each extra post from the same author competing for one person's feed, so past a few a day you are mostly competing with yourself. The X posting schedule planner shows the exact multipliers.
A reserve of drafts covers the weeks you're ill, travelling or busy shipping. Two weeks is a sensible minimum.
