    Prospel is a trading name of Sequel AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 16897137. Our registered address is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Sequel AI Ltd.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Prospel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and Sequel AI Ltd (trading as Prospel). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Service Description

    Prospel provides AI-powered content generation, scheduling, analytics, and engagement tools for X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. Content generated by our AI is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

    3. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring content posted through our platform complies with the terms of service of each connected platform.

    3a. Platform Compliance

    You are responsible for ensuring that content published through Prospel complies with the terms of service of each connected platform (X/Twitter and LinkedIn). Prospel publishes content when you approve it, or automatically if you switch on features such as auto-approve or auto-replies, which are off by default. Automated or bulk posting that violates platform policies is prohibited.

    4. Subscription and Billing

    Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Monthly allowances, such as AI posts and images, do not roll over between billing periods.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Prospel is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to account suspensions on third-party platforms such as X or LinkedIn.

    6. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
